Local area chefs will be showing off their culinary skills and whipping up delicious treats each morning – don't miss out.
See new innovative foodservice equipment demonstrated live including combination ovens, pressure braising pans, pizza ovens, and rapid bake ovens. Taste delicious samples while learning how equipment can reduce labor, increase the quality of your food products, and decrease order times.
Education Session 1: Health Department Plan Check (11:00 a.m.)
Learn what the Health Department is looking for in food facility plan review. Areas covered will include exhaust systems, hot water requirements, refrigeration, and storage. Also, take part in discussions covering recent changes in legislation, allowance of cottage food operators, and no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods. Make sure to bring your questions.
